Kona Ice is coming on09/25/26. We are using an online payment system to simplify the process and make things easier on our staff. Please copy and paste the link into your browser to pay, or use the attached QR code.

https://customer.kona-ice.com/#/K249X91610725
- If you would like to provide a Kona for another student, please select the "Pay It Forward" option, and add the item to the cart. You may purchase as many as you like, but please select each Kona Ice separately (select one, then add to cart, then select next one and add to cart, and so on and so on....)!
- Please have your order in by 09/24/26!

- If you have any questions about the prepay system contact guynfrank@kona-ice.com. We encourage you to not send cash. Pay online! It's super easy! FLU MIST Friday, November 13th 2026

For your convenience, our Department of Health nurses will be offering the Flu Mist vaccine here at our school on 11/13 .

Your student should have brought home consent forms and information in their beginning of the school year paperwork. The consent form, which includes a front and back page, must be completed and returned to the school by Tuesday, September 8, 2026, for your student to receive the Flu Mist vaccine on campus during our vaccine clinic. Please review this packet, complete both the front and the back of the consent form and return it to the school by 9/8/25 if you wish to take advantage of this convenient opportunity. IF YOU NEED AN ADITTIONAL FORM IT CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE FRONT OFFICE.

This year, our health department will be administering the nasal Flu Mist vaccine to every age group of students. No student will receive a vaccine without a properly completed consent form.

📢 Reminder for Parents During Car Rider Dismissal

Our parking lot opens at 1:00 PM for dismissal.

🚗 IMPORTANT: When entering the car rider line, please REMAIN in the lane you originally pull into unless directed by a staff member. Changing lanes creates safety concerns and slows the dismissal process. Staying in your lane helps keep our car rider line organized, safe, and moving efficiently. Parents will need to remain in their vehicles during car rider arrival and dismissal.

🎓 Middle school students are not released from class until 1:29 PM. If you are picking up a middle school student, there is no need to arrive before that time.

⚠️ As always, please drive slowly and carefully throughout our parking lot. The safety of our students, staff, and families is our top priority.

Thank you for helping us keep dismissal safe and smooth for everyone! 💙💛

🐺 We Are Ready for Monday! 🐺

We are excited to welcome our Wolfe Pack back to school and kick off another amazing year! Our staff has been working hard to prepare, and we can't wait to see our students.

One area where we need everyone's help is our car rider line. We want the process to be as safe and efficient as possible for all families.

🚗 Important Car Rider Reminders:

✅ The car rider line opens at 1:00 PM. There is no need to arrive on near campus before that time.
✅ Please practice with your student getting out of the vehicle independently and from the passenger (right) side of the car for morning drop off.
✅ For our middle school families: Students are not dismissed from class until 1:29 PM. This means your child will likely not be outside until approximately 1:30-1:40 PM. Middle Students will need to pay attention and watch for your vehicle.

✅ If you are picking up only a middle school student, please do not arrive early. Early arrivals create unnecessary congestion and make the line more difficult for everyone.

✅ Elementary students will be safely supervised inside with staff and friends while they wait. There is no need to rush. They are happy visiting with their friends!!

💙 We ask for your patience during the first few days of school as everyone learns the routines. Our team will be working hard to make arrival and dismissal as smooth, safe, and happy as possible for all students and families.

Thank you for your cooperation, and let's have a fantastic first week, Wolfe Pack! 🐺🎉

🐺💙 School Starts MONDAY! 💙🐺 FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!
Please take a moment to review these important back-to-school reminders regarding arrival, dismissal, buses, lunch procedures, and car rider expectations.

PLEASE, PLEASE be patient with our car rider line during the first week of school as we work to establish a smooth and safe routine. Our wonderful staff will be out each day assisting students and families, and we appreciate your grace and cooperation as everyone adjusts.

The first week is always our busiest, so a little extra patience and kindness go a long way. The safety and well-being of our students are our top priority, and we are committed to making sure they arrive and depart each day safely, smoothly, and with a smile. Thank you for partnering with us as we start an amazing school year! 🐺💙🚗🚌📚

We can't wait to see our students on Monday!

🐺 WALLACE LAKE TRANSPORTATION REMINDER 🐺

Parents, as you attend Meet the Teacher & Supply Drop-Off, please stop by the cafeteria to take care of important transportation information for your student!
✅ Sign up for Car Rider Tags if you do not have a number issued.
*** Each car tag number is by family and follows them through their time here at WLK8.***
✅ Apply/Sign up for Walker Tags- Needs to be done each year if walking.
** The walking address must be to the student's HOME address. Students must live in the school zone to be a walker. Addresses in excess of 2 miles from the school and crossing highway will not be approved. FL DOE RULE 6A-3.001.
✅ Verify your student's bus information

📢 Middle School Parents: Please make sure your student knows exactly how they will be getting home each day (bus, car rider, walker, etc.) before the first day of school. A little preparation now will help everyone have a successful first week!
